Michela & Luca, the founders, have been living in Malaysia for more than 20 years.
The company was initially incorporated in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Borneo in 2011 with the name “Naturalis Expeditions”. In 2015 a brand new office was established in the Philippines with the trading name Travel Palawan
The funders are very passionate about nature, islands and wildlife. They have many years of experience in tourism and have extensively travelled throughout Southeast Asia and are very knowledgeable about Borneo, Malaysia and Palawan.
Naturalis develops innovative travel products, keeping in mind that an evolution is taking place in the tourism industry – from mass tourism, with its packaged vacations and low levels of interaction with the local culture, to experiential tourism, which leaves people with memories for a lifetime.
Naturalis offers exclusively designed travel packages for discerning travellers and groups. You will have your own custom-made itinerary and a dedicated travel designer who will serve as your point of contact before, during and after your trip.
